Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All of our parcels are shipped by Royal Mail, therefore our postage costs reflect their pricing scheme. At this time we can only offer standard delivery to our customers which typically has a waiting time of 2-5 working days.

We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible by offering letter postage for small orders. Shipping is calculated at the checkout and is based on the weight of the order.

If you place an order with us before 7pm we will ship the same day and any orders after this time will be shipped the following day. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Oval Leotards, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Below is our returns and refunds policy:

 

1. Return Period


You have 14 days to make us aware that you would like to return the item and then another 14 days after this to return it to us. Please use our email to make us aware of the return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or refund.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it.
     

  • The item must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
     

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
     

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • All of our items are refundable.
     

4. Process for Returns
To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
     

  • Once your return is approved, you will be given an address which you can use to send your order back to us.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable and you will need to keep your receipt. We can not be held liable for any lost items which are benign returned. 

Please note: All items are thoroughly checked before shipping.

 

6. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.

 

7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us as soon as possible, we may be able to amend the order before it goes out to you. However, if the item has already been shipped you will need to follow the returns process and place another order. 

 

8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email address/phone number] within 14 days of receiving your order. We will either issue a replacement or process a refund based on your preference.
